Television: Living Biblically, on TV

This TV show is related to the book, The Year of Living Biblically: One Man's Humble Quest to Follow the Bible as Literally as Possible by A. J. Jacobs.  It's an interesting challenge, one that many religious people claim to be doing all the time anyways.

This show is doomned.  Religious people who are conservative won’t tolerate the spicy language, and religious people who are liberal won’t tolerate the overacting and unsophisticated humor.

Maybe the audience is simpletons who want to debunk and ridicule religious beliefs.
